IGQ Capital Pte Ltd is a Licensed Fund Management Company (LFMC) in Singapore. Our services are exclusively available to Institutional Investors and Accredited Investors as defined by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). ​

By proceeding, you confirm that you meet the criteria as an Institutional Investor or Accredited Investor as outlined below: ​​ ​​

An Institutional Investor includes but is not limited to the following:
  • Banks licensed under the Banking Act.
  • Merchant banks approved as financial institutions.
  • Finance companies licensed under the Finance Companies Act.
  • Insurance companies licensed under the Insurance Act.
  • The trustee of such trust as the MAS may prescribe, when acting in that capacity.
  • A corporation that carries on business in fund management and is licensed under the SFA or exempt under the SFA.
An Accredited Investor includes but is not limited to the following:
  • An individual whose net personal assets exceed in value S$2 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency); or whose financial assets (net of any related liabilities) exceed in value S$1 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency); or whose income in the preceding 12 months is not less than S$300,000 (or its equivalent in a foreign currency).
  • A corporation with net assets exceeding S$10 million in value as determined by:
  • 1. The most recent audited balance sheet of the corporation; or
  • 2. If the corporation is not required to prepare audited accounts regularly, a balance sheet of the corporation certified by the corporation as giving a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the corporation as of the date of the balance sheet, which date shall be within the preceding 12 months.
  • The trustee of such trust as the MAS may prescribe, when acting in that capacity.
